I ordered some fabric and expected the shipping to be higher, but it was actually fair. I’ve definitely abandoned carts on other sites when the shipping suddenly gets ridiculous, so this was a nice change. I had asked support about it and they basically said something like, “We try to keep the shipping as reasonable as we can,” which matched what I saw at checkout. The package showed up fine too, so overall I’m happy with the order

My fabric showed up in maybe 3 days or so, which was faster than I thought it’d be. The tracking was easy to follow, and everything was packed up just fine. Overall, I’m really happy with how quickly it arrived.

A friend recommended this place to me, so I checked it out and thought the selection was decent overall. They have plenty of solid basics, which is nice, but I was hoping to find more fun prints or unique options. Not bad, just not as exciting as I expected.

They had some basic colors and patterns, but I didn’t see much that felt modern or a little different. A lot of the fabrics looked similar, and a few of the ones I actually liked were out of stock.
It might be fine if you just need something simple, but I was really expecting more to choose from. I ended up browsing other sites instead.

I wasn’t happy with how my refund was handled. I sent the fabric back and then had to keep following up because it felt like nothing was moving. The replies I got were slow, and the tone came across like they were just skimming my emails instead of actually trying to help.
I did eventually get my money back, but it took much longer than it should have. The whole experience left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they deal with refunds.

One piece had a small loose thread along the edge, but I don’t think it was really a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it. I’d probably order again, though I do wish the description had a little more detail so I felt more sure about what I was getting.

The fabric was folded neatly enough, nothing was torn or dirty, and everything looked cared for. The box had a small dent, but I didn’t worry about it once I saw the fabric inside was okay.
